Message discussion at hand without getting sidetracked.

If you can't understand why I am posting this here, you probably shouldn't participate.

If you can't comprehend what I am typing, you probably shouldn't participate.

I am not here to insult other members here, but expect the same treatment. Granted, this is a public forum, however the intentions were stated in the initial post, so please, abide or refrain. If you have personal issues to add off topic, those would be best sent privately.

Now, despite a few bumps in the road, I do appreciate much of the feedback being generated, and it is unfortunately solidifying my initial beliefs about this mans service. The sad part is that I feel these public outings are the only real way to create change for this situation. On top of that, the only constructive method for forcing the man into a full fledged decision is to continue tarnishing his business reputation, and hopefully the subsequent loss of revenue will force him to change his operation methods. Of course, in the unlikely event that TT.net was to adopt a seller rating/feedback system for for the classifieds section/vendors, each man would be his own undoing. I think this would be a great idea on most levels, but I don't know how practical or complex it would be to implement. But, thats a totally different subject, and the public forums are the only feedback system we have as of now ;)

One last note for the night, as some may wonder why I care about this beyond myself. When someone buys something such as Joebob's backyard special, everyone expects some degree of 'isms, 'cause they knows joebob sure ain't no prufeshunul. When someone buys something from a company that *actively* markets themselves as a professional vendor, the results should be consistent with the moniker, each and every time. And if that very basic and fundamental concept cannot be held to, then it is the sellers outright responsibility to maintain communication in order to hopefully justify their shortcomings. If that cannot be done, than the seller no longer should be able to uphold a title of professionalism because it is at this point essentially fraud.

To water it down for the cliff note needers, if I buy something, I better receive it in the timeframe and condition of the agreed terms. If those terms cannot be met, there needs to be *sufficient* communication. Sufficient being the key word ;)

I don't give a damn if Jerry needs time to spend with the kids because they are going to the movies at 9, I want my product!!! Screw your personal life, either run a *business* or don't. Hell, I'll just buy from Joebob next time...
